We will gladly issue a full or partial refund (or provide an alternative solution) in these situations:

• A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing or downloading the materials (broken link, corrupted file, platform error, etc.)
• A promised file, live session, bonus resource, or template is missing or not as described
• The content is substantially different from what was shown on the sales page
• Any other rare case where the product genuinely did not deliver the value we promised

How it works: Simply email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short note explaining the situation. We personally review every request (usually the same day, often within a few hours) and will immediately:

• re-deliver any missing or broken files
• provide an alternative format or replacement resource
• or issue a complete refund — whichever makes you feel 100 % taken care of.
